Now Recruiting for 2016!

We are looking for new team members for our TEDxQueenstown 2016 Event to be held in April. Are you self-driven, enthusiastic and ready to commit to being part of our next fantastic event?  We are particularly looking for people to fill the below roles.  If you think you have the motivation and the skills we’re looking for, email We will be holding interviews for our new team members on Saturday September 5th.


You will be the person charged with creating our event branding for 2016 including the logo, fonts and theming.  We are looking for a full design brief which can then be translated to all printed and digital media, T-shirts, programs and signage.


The partners team are fundamental to getting us to event day.  You need to be a skilled relationship builder who can work with existing partners and develop new ones to help us fulfill our sponsorship and in-kind donation requirements.

Guest Experience

This team develop the ‘packaging’ of our event.  They make sure that the guest’s experience right through from ticketing, to goodie bags to the break-out spaces is memorable for all the right reasons. We need innovative, think-outside-the-box types who are going to help 2016 be our best event yet!


Food food food! Some would argue the most important part of any event!  You have free reign to design the menu for the day, get in touch with suppliers and work within budget to produce a break-out dining experience everyone will be raving about.

Volunteer Coordinator

Are you good at managing people, keeping up morale and pitching in to help? Our follies are vital to the running of our event and we need someone with boundless energy who can keep everyone in check while making sure they’re still having lots of fun!
